We provide free shipping – Australia wide delivery straight to your door.

  • FREE Shipping – Free Australia wide Delivery on all our orders
  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods, including by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal.
  • Next Day dispatch – All orders received before 10 AM will be dispatched the same day. The orders received after
  • 10 AM will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days:Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
  • Standard delivery time is up to 1-5 business days to the metro areas and 5-10 days to the remote and the rest of Australia.
  • Currently, we are only shipping to Australia.
  • We do not ship to PO Box.

Please note delivery drivers are unable to call before delivery.

Please make sure someone is there to take the delivery or you can choose Authority to leave your delivery in safe place.

Authority to Leave – If you choose Authority to leave. Please mention where to leave your parcel. If nothing is specified in that case deliver driver will the item at the front door.

Special Delivery request – If you have any special delivery request please contact us on info@veeraa.com.au. Extra costs might be applicable for special deliveries. If the wrong delivery address is entered, the second time shipping charges will be payable by the customers.

Delivery Failure: It is very important to provide correct address and phone numbers. If the delivery address provided to us is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on the applicable cost to you if you provide wrong delivery address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to make a delivery.

If our courier, has been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault, after 30 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.

You would receive an email confirmation after you placed the order and we have processed your payment. Order confirmation represents that we have received your order, which we accept, and once a product is dispatched we will send you tracking details.

In the rare event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.
We endeavor to meet our specified delivery time frame; however, delays may occur due to certain circumstances beyond our control.

If the order is delayed, we’ll inform you of the estimated time required to fulfill your order and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

We reserve the right to change the policies anytime. Please refer to the shipping policies when making purchases.

By shopping with us, you agree to acknowledge the terms of our returns policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase for some reason then we will provide an exchange, refund or store credit but you are still liable for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. You must pay the cost of shipping and all return freight before an exchange will be accepted.

All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods, including by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal.

  • You will have 14 calendar days to return your goods from the date you received them. The returned goods should be in the same condition as you received them. Item must be in unused, and ready-to-sale condition, with packaging and labeling.
  • Your returns will be processed and credit applied back to your credit card or original mode of payment as soon as the goods have been received back successfully in their original condition. Some credit card companies may take up to 5-10 days to credit the funds back to your account.
  • Your credit will not be processed until the goods have been received back by the company.

We can issue a store credit for future purchases or a refund as per your advice.

You must pay the cost of shipping and all return freight before an exchange will be accepted.

The order can be canceled/modified due to change of mind within 14 days of the item received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. The refunds will be processed to you using the methods received for online purchases.
